Spring skiing is here and we are still looking at more snow. March is usually our snow month so the skiing will continue into April. After a great weekend of skiing and events we are looking forward to next weekend. Still time to book rooms in the Mt Washington Valley, call 1-800-862-1600.

Saturday, March 14
FUN ZONE – At Cranmore Family Fitness Center, consists of a 65-foot inflatable obstacle course, 20×20-foot bouncy house, tennis, dodge ball, floor hockey, a preschool area, bean bag toss, basketball, Twister, dress-up and more. The costs just $10 per person for all ages (2 and up) for two hour admission. Guests may add access to Cranmore’s indoor climbing wall for 2 climbs for a combined ticket cost of $22. Hours are from 4:30p-9p. Under age 14 must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times and children must be 42″ tall to use the obstacle course or bouncy house. Cranapalooza – When the sun goes down in North Conway and the lights illuminate the trails of Cranmore, the festivities begin. Lift tickets are just $25 for 2 – 9 p.m. Night skiing is offered on 11 trails and 3 lifts for all ability levels. 2:00 Trivia & Tee-shirt toss at the South Chair. Live music.

Attitash – SPREAD EAGLE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
It’s that time a year. Yes, the time where you dig through your closet and pull out your best day-glow one piece and head out on the slopes. This old school jump competition is bound to bring you back a few decades. Open to the public, anyone can break out their best spread eagle for the judges. Register in the South Wing from 8 to 11am, entry is free and the event starts at noon on Thad’s. Visit Attitash.com for more information.

Live Music at Matty B’s Mountainside Café – Located at Attitash Mountain Village Resort, music begins at 8p. Enjoy a great meal, music & friends…

Intervale After Dark: Guided Tour – Join the Mount Washington Valley Ski Touring and Snowshoe Foundation in Intervale for an hour and a half snowshoe tour from the Touring Center. Learn about the stars and constellations with an amateur astronomer. The tour departs at 7 p.m. Please arrive well before departure. Reservations and a $20 event pass are required.
